We can assist you with the formation of a corporation, partnership, or limited liability company, or a limited liability corporation. Often we work in conjunction with a Financial Planner or a Certified Public Accountant with regard to these matters. We also handle other forms of business arrangements such as Leases, Buy Sell Agreements and other business contracts.

If you are forming a new business, please provide the following:

• The names and addresses of all parties to the business.
• Whether the business will be a sole proprietorship, corporation, or limited liability company. If you need help in deciding this, we will be glad to discuss this with you, but you should first contact your tax advisor for tax advice.
• The proportion of ownership interest which each party is to have in the business.
• The proposed officers for the business.
• All documents pertaining to this matter.

In most instances "flat fees" can be quoted after the initial consultation, along with an estimate of the anticipated cost.
