For complex estate planning, we insist upon working with a Certified Financial Planner or a Certified Public Accountant for advice on tax matters.

We also assist in the settlement of estates by preparing and filing the inventory and final accounting. For non-resident executors/administrators, we can serve as a resident agent for an estate. Please provide the following information:

• A copy of your present will or the will of the decedent, if this is an estate administration matter.
• The names and addresses of all beneficiaries.
• The names and addresses of all bank and investment accounts.
• A list of all of your assets of those of the decedent, in an estate administration matter.

Most fees for documents are "flat fees" and are set after the initial consultation. For complex documents and litigation, our fees are the same as those for services rendered for civil litigation.
